Mastercard Foundation in partnership with Baobab Circle Ltd, jointly implemented a community health solution which has seen over 30,000 users sponsored to access Afya Pap which has given these patients living with diabetes and hypertension access to health coaching and to doctors through Afya Pap Health Tips, and Call-A-Doctor service respectively, which has led to better health outcomes.
Pharmaccess Foundation an NGO focused on promotive healthcare has been in partnership with Baobab Circle and a few other partners to conduct a joint research to establish if the "Use of digital tools in self-monitoring and self-management can improve health outcomes". This pilot proved significant improvement in personal health outcomes for most patients.
Kenya Defeat Diabetes Association [KDDA]
KDDA is the association of people living with diabetes and hypertension in Kenya. Baobab Circle has been in partnership with KDDA to support their diabetes support groups. Baobab Circle and KDDA have jointly conducted multiple health screenings that have helped to identify many people with uncontrolled blood sugars and pressure yet they were not aware, and these people have been helped to start treatment to avoid developing secondary complications.

Lifecare International Insurance partnered with Baobab Circle to provide Afya Pap wellness services to its esteemed customers. The use of Afya Pap promotes personal wellbeing thus reducing the claims-to-premium ratio which has been elusive to the insurance most insurance companies.
Lions Eyes First Hospital
Lions Hospital has embraced the use of Tele-Medicine, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of Afya Pap to remote monitor patients has improved patient management through data-driven decisions. Additionally, doctors can remotely monitor patients' health data using the Afya Pap Caregiver module, while patients use the Afya Pap app for self management.

Swiss Re partners with Baobab Circle to improve community health through a comprehensive Community Health Educator (CHE) program in the grassroots of emerging markets including Uganda. Supporting the community with digital health through their mobile phones, effectively supports self-management and access to affordable live doctor consultations ultimately improving health outcomes for people living with chronic health conditions.
Uganda Diabetes Association
Baobab Circle works with the Uganda Diabetes Association to make quality healthcare available to the diabetic community without interruption through digital health solutions. Remote monitoring of blood glucose is made possible from the patient’s phone and a unique doctor’s interface. This ultimately improves patient outcomes by implementing data driven health solutions.
